7 Star Kerzner International Luxury Hotel with 131 rooms and 3 penthouses with a project value of R1billion. Responsible for the electrical, electronic, fire protection services, rational fire design, ICT and lift services design.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS SANDTON, WOODMEAD
157 bedroom 3 star hotel, with a project value of R100 million. Was a fast track project and completed in 11 months. Responsible for the electrical and electronic services.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS (ST GEORGE'S MALL)
161 bedroom 3 star hotel, project value R60 million. Responsible for the electrical and electronic services, fire services and rational fire design.

CANAL WALK SHOPPING CENTRE - CENTURY CITY (BAP)
130,000m2 retail centre with 400 line shops, 10,000m2 office space, entertainment court, cinemas, food court - project value R1 billion. Responsible for electrical, electronic, vertical transportation services and rational fire design.

4000m2 multi-story head-office for Ogilvy. Responsible for the electrical and electronic services.

MUTUAL HEIGHTS APARTMENT BUILDING
Inner City apartment redevelopment of 178 loft style apartments. Design complete, project completion August 2004. Responsible for the electrical and electronic services design.

CARTWRIGHT'S CORNER
Inner City apartment redevelopment of 120 loft style apartments. Design complete, project completion May 2005. Complete electrical, electronic, fire services and rational fire design.

BP OFFICE PARK
30,000m2 of parking and 11,000m2 of multi storey offices. Responsible for the electrical and electronic services, the array of photo voltaic panels on the roof, lifts and tenant installations. The design process included the implementation and design of a 'green building' and the associated energy efficiency requirements.

RESERVE BANK OF SOUTH AFRICA
Security upgrade of all national branches, head office and all VIP residences. Responsible for design of the security philosophy and electronic and physical protection.

OLD MUTUAL WEST CAMPUS (BLUEPRINT)
R70 million Mutual Business School incorporating a two story dining and cafeteria area, two level gymnasium and Old Mutual Asset Management division. Responsible for the electrical, electronic, sprinkler and rational fire design.
